Step 1: 7 Day Trial
Your FREE 7 Day Trial lets you see if CrossFit 4504 is for you. With CrossFit classes running 7 days / week - morning, afternoon and evening - there’ll definitely be a time to suit. Contact us today and we’ll book you in for your first class - remember, it’s our shout!
Step 2: On Ramp Program
Once you’ve completed your Intro Session, you’ll move to our On Ramp Program to help you feel confident and comfortable before you join our general CrossFit classes. We’ll show you how everything works, guide you through the basic movements, assess your movement patterns, and chat about nutrition, recovery and mindset.
Your On Ramp Program consists of 3 1:1 sessions with one of our experienced coaches. Once you complete the program you will be feeling confident about progressing to our classes.
Step 3: Become One Of Us
After getting a taste of our awesome CrossFit 4504 community in your Intro Session and On Ramp Program, now it’s time to make it official. You can now leap into our regular class schedule and start working towards those important goals. And don't worry your coach will check in with you regularly to ensure you're on track to succeed.
